NCURA Region VI/VII Program and Meeting Volunteer Website
Welcome to the NCURA Region VI/VII Program Development and Regional Meeting Volunteer Website. This website has many purposes which include the following:
- Submitting presentation proposals for an upcoming meeting
- Volunteering for an upcoming meeting
- Seeing the meeting program evolve and develop
- Viewing information about meeting sponsors and exhibitors
Presentation Proposals
Groups and/or individuals may propose concurrent sessions, forums, primers, discussion groups, and/or workshops for the upcoming Regional meeting. The individual expressions of interest and/or the group proposals will be reviewed by the Program Committee (see below) for possible inclusion in the program. The following important guidelines should be considered as you submit your proposal:
• We encourage panels and workshops comprised of multiple presenters to help spread the load, provide broad expertise, and involve others as NCURA is a volunteer organization.
• Organization of any type of presentation is an opportunity for senior members to tap expertise and mentor new leadership in our regions and our national organization.

Meeting Volunteer Opportunities
If you are interested in being involved as a presentor or panelist on a particulat topic, but do not want to "take the lead", then we have a place for you to communicate that interest. If you would also like to volunteer to host at the registration table, serve as a room monitor, be part of the A/V team, etc., the Program Committee would love to have you sign up!!
