Jen Raupp has been hired as the new Grant & Contract Coordinator and Cathy O'Rourke has been hired as the new Grant & Contract Specialist. Andrea also addressed the new coordinator assignments that will be updated on the web and put into effect as soon as training for the two new positions is complete.

- Introduction to new Accountant, Michael Nugen
- Announced AWARD ADMINISTRATION III: HOW TO ADMINISTER AN AWARD training on June 26, 2003, 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon in Thompson Room 1. This training will be an interactive computer lab that will help with understanding of BALANCES, Datawarehouse and FACTS. For additional information go to the HRS Web Page.
- Datawarehouse, Marilyn Burns (College of Education):

Marilyn went over the most usefull forms and reports in the Datawarehouse, how to use them as well as how to get access to the Datawarehouse if you don't already have it. Also, if you have Datawarehouse and there is a report that you need that doesn't already exist, contact Brad Bailey in SPS and he will help design a report.
